Stamp Duty extension

Good news for those struggling to get their property across the line before the previous stamp duty deadline of the 31st March 21 as it has now been extended.

This now means no tax will be levied on the first £500,000 of property purchases in England and Northern Ireland up until June 30 2021 and from June 30 until September 30 2021, tapering will mean no stamp duty will be charged on a residential property bought for up to £250,000.
